Return and Warranty Policy
How do I return an item?
We will be glad to refund any new and unused item within 30 days of receipt. Such merchandise must be in its original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service promptly and return or exchange such item within 30 days of receipt.
For every order received a pre-paid UPS label is included. For any reason should you need a replacement label please contact Customer Service by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-800-395-2106. Shipments with pre-paid UPS return labels may be dropped off at any UPS location or contact Client Services to schedule a UPS pick-up. Alternatively, you can return or exchange merchandise using another traceable mail or shipping service. Please note that all shipping costs—regardless of the carrier—are the client’s responsibility.
All items must arrive within 30 days of receiving your order.

Welden reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy at any time, without notice.
How do I receive a refund?
After your return is processed, Welden will credit the original payment method used to make your purchase. In addition to the original cost of the item, the sales tax will be refunded as well. Please note that refunds may take up to a full business cycle to appear on your account. Price adjustments are only permitted on items that have been purchased within 7 days. Please note that price adjustments exclude all final sale items.
Is there a warranty policy?
Yes. Enjoy a 1 year warranty on our handbags, wallets and tech accessories for any manufacturing defects within this time frame.
