How will I know welden received my online order and when it ships?

Once you place an order with weldenbags.com, we will provide you with a confirmation number and summary of your order. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, feel free to call Customer Service at 1-800-395-2106 to confirm that we have received your order. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number. All orders are shipped via our carrier, UPS.

What if I have questions about my online order?

How do I cancel an online order?

Welden ships most orders within 1-3 business days of the date they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Weldenbags.com is currently accepting orders using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

How will my order be delivered?

Welden currently ships to the US and Canada. Please note that Welden does not ship to PO Boxes.

How do I return an item?

We will be glad to refund any new and unused item within 30 days of receipt. Such merchandise must be in its original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service promptly and return or exchange such item within 30 days of receipt.

You may return your item(s) by logging into your account on weldenbags.com, accessing your order, and clicking “RETURN.” Upon initiating your return online, you will receive an email with return instructions. It is recommended that you ship your returnable or exchangeable item with the pre-paid label included with your order. You can contact Customer Service to request a pre-paid UPS return label by email at customerservice@weldenbags.com or by phone at 1-800-395-2106. Shipments with pre-paid UPS return labels may be dropped off at any UPS location or contact Client Services to schedule a UPS pick-up. Alternatively, you can return or exchange merchandise using another traceable mail or shipping service. Please note that all shipping costs—regardless of the carrier—are the client’s responsibility.

How do I receive a refund?

After your return is processed, Welden will credit the original payment method used to make your purchase. In addition to the original cost of the item, the sales tax will be refunded as well. Please note that refunds may take up to a full business cycle to appear on your account. Price adjustments are only permitted on items that have been purchased within 7 days. Please note that price adjustments exclude all final sale items.
